Adobe Acrobat Studio
Turns the PDFs you already work with every day into something you can chat with, summarize, restructure, and share as an interactive workspace called a PDF Space. Audio overviews, podcasts, and presentation drafts come out the other end.
The free path: PDF Spaces are free for recipients to view.
Pricing
Acrobat Studio is $24.99/month for individuals, $29.99/month for teams. PDF Spaces are free for recipients to view. There's a free trial, but the productivity agent itself is paywalled behind the AI plans.
As reported in our 9 May 2026 issue.
Try it in 3 steps
- Open any PDF in Acrobat Studio or Acrobat Express. Click the productivity agent panel.
- Ask it for one of: a summary, an audio overview, a slide draft, or a rewritten version for a specific audience ("rewrite this for our CFO," "make this readable for someone who doesn't know our industry").
- To share: click "Create PDF Space," drop in any related links, notes, or extra files, and send the space URL. Recipients open it in a browser with no Adobe account required.
